In the interest of the company to provide the highest quality and the best service, the company is committed to providing the following:
The guardian has the right to see the necessary papers for the supervisor or the driver if the school requests them
The supervisor’s obligation to receive and deliver the student from the front door of the house from the guardian, and deliver him and receive him from the school
In the event that there is no one who does not accompany the student upon arrival at home on the specified time, he will be transferred to the company’s headquarters, provided that the student is received from the company’s headquarters
In the event that the student wishes to stop after paying the monthly subscription, he cannot be refunded and must inform the company a month before the decision to stop.

The company has the right to change the driver, supervisor or car in a way that does not conflict with the student’s interest or the itinerary
The company has the right, if necessary, (incorporating schools – changing a supervisor – changing an Arabic) during the examination period, according to the vision of the competent department, without conflicting with the student’s interest.
In the event of any change in the date of entry and exit, the company will be obligated only to the agreed-upon date, unless the school dates are completely changed.
The company is not responsible for collecting any subscriptions through the supervisor or the driver
The company is responsible for reserving a seat for the student throughout the contract period and not on the days of the student’s actual attendance or the absence discount
In the event that the number of students on the bus is significantly reduced, the company cooperates with the guardian to recommend the most appropriate joint solution to avoid canceling the bus.

We ask the parents to help us reach the highest levels of safety and quality by adhering to the following:

The guardian is obligated to pay the agreed payments on the specified dates, provided that the first payment is upon contracting
The remaining 5 payments for the National and 7 payments for the International, provided that the payment dates are as follows:
Day 25 of the following months: (October, November, December, February and March) (National)
The 25th of the following months: (September, October, November, January, February, March and April) (International)

The guardian is obliged to inform the company through customer service in the event of a desire to cancel the subscription, one month before the decision to cancel.

In the event of changing any of the parents’ data or changing the address or phone number, the guardian must inform the company through customer service to see its availability with another line, if any.
The guardian’s obligation to inform the company in the event of the student’s absence to go or return before the start of the trip time, at least 8 hours, and if it is for emergency circumstances, the company is informed as soon as possible.

In the event that you want to pick up the student from school or absence, please inform the company’s management through customer service, knowing that the last date for notification is two hours before the same day, and a copy of the recipient’s card must be sent
The student must be in the waiting place before the time of departure in the morning, in sufficient time.
The student is obligated to wear a mask during the trip.

The guardian’s failure to deal with the driver in general, and dealing with the company through customer service
All requests, complaints and data changes are received through customer service only, and any notification through the supervisor is not taken, as the guardian’s interaction with the supervisor is minimal.
The guardian is bound by the itinerary set by the company’s management, which is developed in a manner that suits all students
The guardian is obliged to deal well with the company’s representatives (customer service – driver – supervisor). In the event of any infringement, the contract will be canceled by the company
